Tuesday Nov 29th
15-15.5 miles 2:41. 2.75 to Nature Center, 10 miles (up hog back, maleka and manoa cliff down to Manoa falls and back up and down kalawahine side and 2.75 back home. Did the trail section faster than I had ever done it and wasn't pushing at all just steady until the last mile when I realized I would go under 2 hrs. Pretty stoked at the progress
Wednesday Nov 30th
Same as Tuesday but easy pace. 2:54.
Thursday Dec 1st
12 miles on grass around Ala Moana and Kapi'olani parks and Ala Wai. 1:35.
Friday Dec 2nd
26 miles. 3.25 to Nature Center. Met up with local runner Rosie Wharfield and visiting runner from San Diego BJ Haeck and did a slow easy loop. Then 2.75 back home. Total time 8:35.

16.5 miles 2:32. 2.75 to trails +TTT loop (figure 8) plus up to Pu'u' Ohia look out.

Sunday Dec 4th
12.5 miles. about 2hrs. Up to trails and just did triple trek loop with out the two cross overs and back home.
Miles: 103-104 miles WAHOOOOOO
Hours: 21 hours 5 min
Pretty stoked with the time I put in this week, have a couple twinges so need to pay attention to them but feel pretty strong.
